Ask LaSalle County to Reaffirm America’s Foundation

This issue is not only about zoning, infrastructure, and transparency. It is also about who we are as a people.

America was founded upon the public acknowledgment of Almighty God, biblical principles, ordered liberty, and constitutional self-government. As our nation approaches its 250th anniversary, local communities have an opportunity to reaffirm those foundations.

We are asking residents to encourage their county board members, township officials, city councils, school boards, and local representatives to adopt the Proclamation of Gratitude to Almighty God and Recurrence to Fundamental Principles.

This proclamation does not deny anyone’s constitutional rights. It does not target private religious belief or lawful worship. Instead, it calls our communities to remember America’s founding principles, acknowledge God as the source of liberty, and recommit to the moral and constitutional order that has historically shaped our nation.
